Little People of Africa Donation Page
This project was built for a nonprofit community supporting little people across Africa – a platform designed to make giving simple and secure. I created a donation page in HighLevel that integrates directly with Stripe, allowing supporters to choose preset amounts, enter custom donations, and set up recurring monthly gifts. Behind the scenes, HighLevel's CRM automatically records each donor’s information, sends receipts, and simplifies ongoing follow-up. The result is an accessible, reliable donation system that helps the organization focus more on impact and less on administration.
Streamlined Booking Site for Relationship Coach
A relationship coach needed a professional sales page that doubled as a seamless booking system. Built entirely in HighLevel, the site features an integrated calendar that instantly books appointments, syncs with the coach's schedule, and triggers smart workflows. When someone schedules a free call, the coach receives immediate notifications via text and email, while the client gets instant confirmations through the same channels. The result is a frictionless booking experience that helps the coach focus on clients instead of scheduling logistics.
WordPress + HighLevel Sales Optimization
An empowerment expert was already running a WordPress site alongside her HighLevel CRM, but the two weren't working together. I redesigned her WordPress site and created strategic connections between the platforms – including dedicated book sections with custom HighLevel checkout pages for PDF delivery, and opt-in forms for free samples. Now every purchase automatically tags buyers in her HighLevel CRM, giving her complete visibility into who bought what and enabling targeted follow-up campaigns. The result is a unified system that maximizes both platforms' strengths.
GHL Podcast Promotion + WordPress Integration
This mobile-responsive promotional page showcases a podcast celebrating stories of triumph over adversity. Built in HighLevel, it highlights the mission, links to guest episodes on the client's WordPress site, drives subscriptions across major platforms, and offers a free gift for email sign-ups. A lead capture popup triggers automated workflows that deliver the gift and nurture subscribers with regular podcast updates.
CBD Book Landing Page Design
A prominent health expert needed a strong visual presence to promote her free CBD book. Working as part of a larger team, the content was written by a copywriter and the final page was built by another developer, while the full visual design was created independently by us – including the mobile-optimized layout, custom graphics, and the book/lead magnet design itself.
WordPress Tattoo Portfolio + Client Vetting System
A tattoo artist needed to showcase her work while filtering clients efficiently. We designed a mobile-responsive WordPress site featuring an auto-updating Instagram portfolio feed and a custom 20-question Tattoo Inquiry form. This application-style form vets potential clients upfront, sending leads directly to her email – letting her review work and style compatibility before personally scheduling with the best matches.
